Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kozhikode, Kannur, and Malappuram. This mid-level, full-time position requires individuals with a deep understanding of maintenance tasks in a food service environment. Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This role demands a proactive approach to maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our outlets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance techniques to extend the lifecycle of equipment and reduce downtime.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems to handle hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Must be willing and able to travel for business across various locations as required by company needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and documents related to maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and services conducted.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations during maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.
• Develop and implement a schedule for preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment failures.
• Source and liaise with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
