Experienced in Project Management, preferably working in IT Or Service industry in Banks/Fintechs/NBFCs.

2. Should be a hands on Techno Functional Business Analyst and skilled in Card solution implementation and project management.

3. Should have Project Management and Consulting experience in BFSI industry in Core banking System, EFT Switches, Mobile Banking, IMPS , UPI, Payment gateway, CTS ,

NACH, Interbank Switch Integration, Shared payment network, Reconciliation, HSM integration, Designing, Commissioning and Operations for banks.

4. Should be involved in validating technical and business requirements, specifications, identifying gaps and pre-empting action. Understand and review the architecture, the design, specifications and technical documents related to the project.

5. Should be involved in reviewing service level agreements and negotiate the same for timely deliverables from Teams (Internal/external).

6. Should have good knowledge of Payment products like Cards (Rupay/Master/VISA), POS, Ecommerce, UPI and should have experience in launching new products of NPCI on the channels.

7. Should have worked in Debit Cards Product and Technology for atleast 1-2 years and having experience in the Debit Card Management system and having theoretical knowledge of the Card Switch and DCMS working.

8. Also, having experience in coordination with NPCI and PSPs like RuPay/ Mastercard / VISA.

9. Should have skills in the Project Execution and closely working with the other Technology team for closure of critical projects.

10. Should be qualified BE/B.Tech/MCA/Commerce graduate with a management degree from a reputed management college.

11. Should be a quick learner, issue resolver and contributor to the business line of the bank.

12. Should be a team player with collaborative qualities.

13. Relevant Experience required – 2-3 years
