Job Description

 Managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance

and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.

 Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies. Ensuring

compliance by following management’s policies and procedures as per compensation policy.

 Responsible for the ensuring statutory compliances relating to payroll like PF, ESI, TDS etc.

 Should be well versed with provisions of PF, ESI,TDS, Gratuity, PWF .

 Experience of reconciliation and filing of TDS returns as per form 27A.

 Should be well versed with preparing the MIS reports and transforming company’s data into rich

visualizations using Power BI dashboards.

Educational Qualification

 A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.

 ICWA (Inter)and CA (Inter)

Experience

 Minimum of 6-7 Years of Experience in company of repute preferably in MNC in Payroll/AP

Function.

 Preferred candidates from ITES/Finance/Banking Industry will be shortlisted.
