Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager for CASA is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire and grow the bank's Current Account and Savings Account customer base at the national level. This position involves leading a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the bank's CASA-related objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive national sales strategy for CASA products in alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and performance metrics for the national CASA sales team.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of CASA sales professionals.
- Provide continuous coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer-centricity within the team.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify potential target markets and customer segments for CASA products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Implement effective customer acquisition strategies and campaigns to attract new CASA account holders.
- Product Knowledge and Compliance:
- Ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of CASA products, features, and benefits.
- Maintain a strong focus on regulatory compliance and ensure that all sales practices adhere to banking industry standards and regulations.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress toward targets.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support CASA sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in sales, particularly in the banking sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
