Key Responsibilities:

 Lead on design, execution and leveraging of evaluations of key programmes

 Develop Log frame and MEL plan for the new projects

 Develop innovative and rigorous MEL frameworks to capture accurately the change

 Supporting the Fundraising and Communications team in the use of credible data (both primary and secondary)

 Manage projects and partnerships with both internal and external evaluation agencies.

 Develop and facilitate the development of concept notes/ papers for internal and external audiences

 Validate the quality of all data for completeness, consistency and correctness and make changes in MIS if required.

Requirements:

 A background in Social Sciences with experience in MEL, with a strong and demonstrated interest in evaluations

 Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in organizations working on education/life skills/ gender etc

 Proven ability to work on program data with rigour and accuracy

 Proven ability in conducting and facilitating Program evaluation with

experimental/quasi–experimental design.

 Proven ability to use app-based data collection tools to monitor and evaluate program

 Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis software such as SPSS or SAS to analyze data and present the results.

 Good knowledge of Advanced Excel

 Proven ability to write high-quality narrative reports based on quantitative and qualitative results

 Proven ability to mentor and facilitate learning among team members

 Proven ability to manage complex internal and external relationships

 Graduate / Post graduate in any of the social sciences from a reputed institute.
