Key Responsibilities:
Lead on design, execution and leveraging of evaluations of key programmes
Develop Log frame and MEL plan for the new projects
Develop innovative and rigorous MEL frameworks to capture accurately the change
Supporting the Fundraising and Communications team in the use of credible data (both primary and secondary)
Manage projects and partnerships with both internal and external evaluation agencies.
Develop and facilitate the development of concept notes/ papers for internal and external audiences
Validate the quality of all data for completeness, consistency and correctness and make changes in MIS if required.
Requirements:
A background in Social Sciences with experience in MEL, with a strong and demonstrated interest in evaluations
Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience in organizations working on education/life skills/ gender etc
Proven ability to work on program data with rigour and accuracy
Proven ability in conducting and facilitating Program evaluation with
experimental/quasi–experimental design.
Proven ability to use app-based data collection tools to monitor and evaluate program
Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis software such as SPSS or SAS to analyze data and present the results.
Good knowledge of Advanced Excel
Proven ability to write high-quality narrative reports based on quantitative and qualitative results
Proven ability to mentor and facilitate learning among team members
Proven ability to manage complex internal and external relationships
Graduate / Post graduate in any of the social sciences from a reputed institute.
