Job Description
Required an experienced Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage till implementation.
The Product Manager should have previous experience in end-to-end project management and main responsibilities will include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall customer experience.
Ideal candidates should have banking/lending background with a
Business Administration or Marketing degree.
Core Responsibilities
The key result areas (KRAs) of Product Manager will be to:
1. Create SME product plans and roadmaps by Identifying, Analysing and Recommending newer markets, products and business streams for SME lending business.
2. Collect and analyse feedback from Sales Team, lateral teams and other stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end products for lending business.
3. Take Complete ownership of Sales Channel Management involving lead tracking, follow through and payouts.
4. Reach out to SME Equipment Manufacturers for empanelment and design focused lending products for SME customers
5. Conceiving and driving contests for Sales Incentives, Cross Sell and Products
6. Produce and review product requirements documents
7. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
8. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
9. Sales Data analytics and reporting for periodic Business Reviews and conferences
Desired Skill Set
1. Experience as a Product Manager or nearly similar role in Bank / NBFC or FI in SME segment
2. Experience in product lifecycle management
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office framework
4. Organizational and leadership abilities
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Problem-solving aptitude and Creative thinking skills
