Key role & responsibilities:
Handle a team of Channel Managers.
Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Rimesier.
Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.
Ensure best services to partners.
Help distributors on joint calls.
Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.
Key Requirements:
Should be from Broking Industry with minimum of 2 Years of team handling experience.
B2B Experience is preferable.
Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS etc needed.
Need to have good communication skill.
Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
