We have flexible working hours.&nbsp;(Minimum 50 / hours per week) Job duties &amp; responsibilities &nbsp;i) Identification &amp; Planning:<ul><li>Generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities</li><li>Identify new customer segments &amp; markets to tap into based on seasonal trends</li><li>Plan out demographics and geographies to cover, along with the sales team, with specific targets</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing team to improve the product marketing strategy</li></ul>&nbsp;ii) Acquisition:<ul><li>Convert qualified leads into customers through personalized communication</li><li>Manage and train the sales team in customer acquisition strategies</li><li>Thoroughly understand the product offering and advocate it by tailoring it to the student requirements</li><li>Understand the student requirements and convert opportunities into customers</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;iii)&nbsp;Administration:&nbsp;<ul><li>Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Set revenue and customer count targets, objectives, and KPIs for the Sales Team</li><li>Ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached&nbsp;</li><li>Bring market &amp; consumer insights to influence products &amp; offerings.&nbsp;</li></ul>iv) Partnerships:&nbsp;<ul><li>Become the POC for college admins and institutions who are our clients</li><li>Work with college admins to understand their needs and requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with College clubs to increase brand awareness through conducting programs, events, workshops, etc.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Background: 2+ years of experience in Customer Acquisition, Sales, and similar Fields.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field</li><li>Strong communication skills and IT fluency</li><li>Hands-on experience in customer conversions</li><li>Has worked on strategies to increase outcomes&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of conversion techniques using Social media, SEO, website, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
