JOB DESCRIPTION:
· To Maintain database of Contractors, Architects, Masons, etc, for enhancing the Sales.
· To meet and Deal with Dealers and manage them according to their requirements and need.
· To maintain healthy relationship with the Dealers and Retailers.
· To appoint new dealer and retailer and encourage them to increase their sales.
· To improve the sales through our channel partners like dealer and retailers and, also make different marketing strategies & do some creative work for pushing up the sale.
· Finding out some premium project like, premium housing and other related project/
· Dealing in project from specification generation till final closer of the Sales for the specification meeting with architect, Developer involves in related project.
Skills Required:
Solid technical background in Cement, Steel, Construction, and Building material Industries.
· Sound Judgment and Good Business Sense.
· Ability to Build Relationships with Clients Quickly.
· Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
· Relevant experience in corporate sales.
