Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a HCM functional consultant.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1 or higher.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and its modules.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full PeopleSoft HCM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementations.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Global Payroll and Absence Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather functional and technical requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Design, develop, and configure PeopleSoft HCM solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of PeopleSoft HCM projects, including data conversion, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft HCM systems.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and business processes.
- Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in PeopleSoft HCM technology.
