Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a HCM functional consultant.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and its modules.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full PeopleSoft HCM Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementations.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Global Payroll and Absence Management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather functional and technical requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Design, develop, and configure PeopleSoft HCM solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of PeopleSoft HCM projects, including data conversion, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft HCM systems.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and business processes.
• Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in PeopleSoft HCM technology.
