- 12 -20 years of software development experience; particularly within the financial services industry.
- 9+ years of experience in Pega PRPC
- Proven experience as a Pega lead system Architect - certified LSA with Level 1 and Level 2 completion.
- Technical/Functional Skills Pega Lead System Architect
Experience Required
- 9 + years of software development experience; particularly within the financial services industry.
- 6+ years of experience in Pega PRPC
- Proven experience as a Pega Architect
- Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
- Experience in Pega 7.x
- Pega certifications, CLSA Level 1 & Level 2
- Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
- Delivery of large scale systems.
- A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
- Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners
