Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team at SANTO SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the company's data architecture to meet business needs. This is a remote position with an executive level role and requires more than 10 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in data architecture design and development
• Proficiency in ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SQL, Oracle 19c, and Oracle Database
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
• Experience in data governance and data management
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of OBI (Oracle Business Intelligence) Metadata Improvement is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop the overall data architecture for the company
• Define data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
• Implement data governance and data management best practices
• Evaluate and recommend data-related technologies and tools
• Lead and mentor junior data architects and developers
• Collaborate with the IT team to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
