 • [Job Overview]:

 • 4-6 years hands-on Linux System Administration experience. 

• 4-year relevant work experience in AWS cloud technology. [Primary Skills]: 

• AWS SysOps certification must. 

• Expertise in AWS Services such as: Lambda Functions, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SNS, SES, Route53, S3, AMQ, VPC, WAF, Elasticsearch, Radis, Encrypted EBS, KMS, IAM are mandatory.

 • Working knowledge of Docker: Docker setup, Container Image, Lifecycle, Registration

 • Working knowledge of GitHub: Setup, Installation, setting up Repository, committing changes in Repository, Branching

 • Working knowledge of AWS Developer Tools: CI/CD, Code Commit, Code Build, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline, CloudWatch 

• Experience working with DataDog monitoring tool.

 • Experience with Incident management tool OpsGennie

[Good to have Skills]:

Web3 technologies – Blockchain, Node JS etc..

[Responsibilities and Duties]: • Primary support of L1/L2 Monitoring and support coverage is 24/7. 

• Preliminary investigation to be done by L1/L2 support team.

 • Fix the issue if it is in the scope of L1/L2 team 

• Re assign the ticket to L3 team for temporary bug fix and coordinate with L3 Team for resolution. 

• Coordinate with L4 team for permanent fix of the issue.

 • Update status in the tickets every 1 hr for P1 & P2 tickets 

• AWS Monitoring and applications monitoring and reporting as per the project needs.

 • Handle proactive log and other monitoring and operational level issue fix. 

• Support Release/Maintenance activity and production check after deployment. 

• Manage Back up of the data as per the defined frequency. Soft Skills:

 • Should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts including Night.

 • Exceptional team work as well as being able to work under own initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 • Strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively with team members, clients and other areas of the IT environment.

 • Handle multiple tasks and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
