We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer with a strong foundation in Linux/Unix systems and expertise in monitoring tools. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our applications running on Linux/Unix environments. This position involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall stability of our systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support with a focus on Linux/Unix environments.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix commands and system administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or similar.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
