1. Develop client base through social media platforms, referrals, emails, cold callings and website inquiries, and LinkedIn.
2. Responsible for creating and closing the marketing leads.
3. Ensure business growth, directing and managing business development activities.
4. Physically meet the customer and give them a demo of the product.
5. Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales profile.
6. Manage negotiating on pricing and other customization prudently to sustain optimized profit margin.
7. Plan and prepare data related to sales forecasting, budgeting, required marketing activity to discuss with management to optimize the overall sales and ensuring timely payment collection.
8. Payroll Management/ Payroll Outsourcing/ HR Consulting/ SAAS/ Online Payroll Demo sales.
9. Full training will be provided for Online demo of the payroll software.
DesirDesired Candidate Profile
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Basic understanding of the Payroll Industry.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving & time management skills.
4. Ability to develop and propose solutions for clients.
5. Should have worked in service sector industry.
