Remuneration and Benefits: 	 	 Job Responsibilities: 	 	 ●  Collaborate with leadership to set clear IT and production priorities, goals, and timelines. 	 	  	 	 ●  Manage technology budgets and oversee data security and management. 	 ●  Maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners. 	 ●  Allocate IT resources effectively, setting goals/KPIs and monitoring performance. 	 ●  Ensure technical excellence in product solutions and manage technical delivery. 	 ●  Develop and implement disaster recovery and IT security plans. 	 ●  Make strategic technology decisions to support business objectives. 	 ●  Represent the company's technical endeavors externally. 	 	 Qualifications & Competencies: 	 	 ●  Proven experience in technical project management, with a focus on software and system 	 	 ●  Competent in programming and database development, with an understanding of cloud 	 	 integration. 	 	 synchronization. 	 	 ●  Strong knowledge of Testing, DevOps, MVP development, and API integration. 	 ●  Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. 	 ●  Ability to identify and implement new technologies to address business challenges. 	 ●  Effective hiring and team-building skills. 	 	 Education & Experience Requirements 	 	 projects. 	 	 ●  Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 	 ●  Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical project management role, ideally within 	 	 the technology sector or a related industry. 	 	 ●  Demonstrated  experience  in  managing  software  development  and  system  integration 	 	 ●  Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to implementation, 	 	 particularly in a fast-paced or startup environment. 	 	 ●  Familiarity with the latest trends in digital technology, particularly those relevant to retail 	 	 and fashion industries. 	 	 ●  Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. 	 ●  Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions. 	 ●  Experience with handling aspects of the project that will be done through sub contractors.
