Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager for our Mumbai location. This is a full-time role for an experienced professional to drive sales strategies in the healthcare sector, focusing on infection control and hygiene solutions. The role involves leading sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and managing a sales team in Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban areas.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, showcasing an ability to plan and execute innovative approaches to achieve sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong team management skills, capable of supervising and guiding a sales team towards achieving collective and individual targets. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and grow professional relationships and ensure client satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
  • Adept at market analysis to identify new market potentials, track competition, and understand consumer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes in sales agreements and contracts.
  • Capable of business development by identifying new business opportunities, client acquisition, and partnerships.
  • Strong communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, sales pitches, and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the medical devices sector, with an ability to align sales strategies with industry trends and innovations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Mumbai region to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and enhancing their customer experience.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and customers for expanding product reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in sales and marketing strategies and improve brand presence.
  • Present sales performance reports to the senior management and recommend strategies for continual growth and improvement.
