Qualification:

BSC / MSC Microbiology

Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in Manufacturing industry under Healthcare sector.

Job description:

Key requirements:

·   Should be graduated /Master graduated in Microbiology.

·   Should have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in Pharma /Healthcare industries.

·   Having expertise knowledge in sterilization techniques and microbial analysis.

·   Good written and spoken communication skills in English and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff.

·   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible for all Microbiological analysis of Raw Material/Packing material / Finished Products / Purified water/Potable water Analysis and Fumigation works.

·  Responsible for preparation of standard operating procedures of Microbiology department

· Preparation and review of standard operating procedures, specifications & standard testing procedures with respect to microbiology analysis.

·Monitoring environment controls, water system, maintenance of online records like protocols, log books, calibration records & other GLP records.

·Responsible for Culture handing and sub culture preparation and handling.

·Responsible for microbial limit test, Growth promotion test and validation of same.

· Inventory management

·  Adherence to safety and environment monitoring systems.

·  Change control management.

Validation and qualification of analysis for microbial analysis.
