We are hiring an Area Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience at a senior level. This full-time position is located in Bangalore Rural and Hyderabad. The company has 75 employees in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and initiatives
• Conduct product detailing and marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers to drive sales growth
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Develop sales & meet targets
