Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Finance Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and bookkeeping, which are mandatory skills for this role. Proficiency in managing bank transactions and handling accounts payables and receivables is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong ability in financial reporting (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and analysis.
- Expertise in account reconciliation (Mandatory skill) to maintain the accuracy of ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficient in bookkeeping (Mandatory skill) to ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and organized.
- Competency in managing bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Proven skills in accounts payables to process and manage outgoing payments efficiently and securely.
- Experience in accounts receivables to accurately bill customers and track outstanding payments.
- Knowledge of FOCUS software for entering day-to-day accounting entries and managing financial records.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills for finance-related tasks and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including maintaining an organized system for records and files.
- Handle bank transactions, including reconciliations and managing cash flows.
- Process accounts payables and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Manage accounts receivables, ensuring prompt billing and collection of outstanding dues.
- Enter day-to-day accounting entries in FOCUS software to maintain updated financial records.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance financial processes and productivity.
