Ø&nbsp;To operate the Blow molding as per the standard operating procedure.Ø&nbsp;To attend daily problems, breakdowns and related maintenance works.Ø&nbsp;To maintain all the related documents and records.Ø&nbsp;To monitor all the necessary requirements of maintenance and their possible remedy.Ø&nbsp;To perform all the scheduled maintenance works.Ø&nbsp;To attend all the breakdowns and carry out all electrical and mechanical repairing works as when required.Ø&nbsp;To ensure GMP, housekeeping and hygienic working condition.Ø&nbsp;To co-operate in the system implementation activities related to Blow molding Machine. &nbsp;

Our company is looking for a Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned;</li><li>Perform assigned preventative maintenance work;</li><li>Assist in the training of new Operators;</li><li>Limited travel may be required;</li><li>Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel on mechanical repairs;</li><li>Communicate with the Production Shift Supervisor to coordinate production line support staff in accomplishing the lines’ objectives;</li><li>Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards;</li><li>Properly identify regrind and chunk produced;</li><li>Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift. Assist other Operators as needed;</li><li>Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing a container in a safe and high quality method;</li><li>Perform basic processing of injection and/or blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap;</li><li>Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner;</li><li>Verify material usage per standards;</li><li>Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards;</li><li>Monitor resin (if applicable), dryer, material handling and color systems for appropriate processing conditions.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Collaborates well with others: proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others;</li><li>Computer usage and typing skills are essential;</li><li>Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;</li><li>Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and orally;</li><li>Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time;</li><li>Set up and operate blow molding machine;</li><li>Move machine controls to set time and temperture.</li></ul>
