Position Title: Zoho Books and Tally Prime Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Zoho Books and Tally Prime Operator to manage our financial transactions and data using these software platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent technical proficiency with Zoho Books and Tally Prime, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry and Management:
• Inputting financial data into Zoho Books and Tally Prime accurately and efficiently.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable entries.
• Recording financial transactions and ensuring their accuracy.
• Financial Reporting:
• Generating various financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements using Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
• Assisting in preparing financial reports for management review.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Reconciling bank statements with general ledger entries.
• Resolving discrepancies in financial records.
• Payroll Processing:
• Processing payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and deadlines.
