Job Overview

Full-Time Spa Manager (Female) position in Sanghvi Brands Limited, located in Vagator, Goa, India. This role requires a Senior candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in Spa Management. The company is a leading franchise holder for international lifestyle wellness brands, with over 50 operational and under development spa/salons/gyms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spa operations, maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a luxury spa/ salon
• Senior candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in Spa Management
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and beauty products
• Passion for wellness, beauty, and customer service
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient in spa software and computer systems
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the operations of the spa
• Manage a team of spa therapists, estheticians, and support staff
