Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Medical Representative to join our team at Sanfegan Biotech. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to medical professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the field. This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, India with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in the position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand market dynamics.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to medical professionals.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance product knowledge and brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all business interactions.
