We are seeking a reliable and responsible delivery boy to join our team at Sanfegan Biotech. As a delivery boy, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our pharmaceutical products to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Delivery Boy or similar role
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Knowledge of local areas and routes
• Excellent professional driving skills
• Familiarity with smartphones and navigation apps
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery targets
• Punctuality and a professional manner

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver pharmaceutical products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and documentation
• Handle cash transactions and maintain proper records
• Resolve customer complaints and address their queries
• Follow proper road safety rules and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle
• Collaborate with the warehouse team for efficient stock management
