Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top technical talent
  • Familiarity with technical roles and responsibilities within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions within the organization
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
