Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top technical talent
- Familiarity with technical roles and responsibilities within the IT industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions within the organization
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
