Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Recruiter to join our team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals with technical expertise to fill various IT roles within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring and placing candidates in technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology related to IT positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidates for technical proficiency
  • Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews
  • Understanding of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
  • Negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Review and analyze resumes to determine suitability and fit for specific IT roles
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and skills needed for each position
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies
