Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Recruiter to join our team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals with technical expertise to fill various IT roles within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring and placing candidates in technical roles
- Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology related to IT positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidates for technical proficiency
- Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews
- Understanding of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
- Negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review and analyze resumes to determine suitability and fit for specific IT roles
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and skills needed for each position
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies
