 As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analysing market trends, and leading a sales team to success. Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for The Beach House Goa resort.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to attract guests, secure bookings, and maximize revenue for The Beach House Goa resort.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and guest demographics to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage guest information, preferences, and interactions, enabling personalized sales and service.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable contracts, partnerships, and deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive business growth.
  6. Communication Skills: Communicate the value proposition of The Beach House Goa resort effectively, negotiate terms, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  7. Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses, to generate leads and referrals.
  8. Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and overcome objections during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads and bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  10. Adaptability: Adapt to changing market conditions, guest preferences, and business needs to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
  11. Revenue Management: Understand revenue management principles and strategies to optimize pricing, availability, and distribution channels for maximum profitability.
  12. Customer Service Orientation: Commit to providing exceptional customer service and guest experiences, fostering loyalty and repeat business for The Beach House Goa resort.
  13. Analytical Skills: Analyze sales performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement in sales and marketing efforts through data analysis and reporting.

 

Qualifications:

 

·       Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing sales teams.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

·       Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.
