• Manage the procurement process for the hotel, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements
• Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
