Job Title: Corporate Sales Trainer

Location: Sernabatim, Colva, South Goa

Department: Sales


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:
  • Assess training needs through consultations with sales leaders, performance data, and employee feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive sales training programs, including content, materials, and activities tailored to different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Create and update training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
  1. Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales staff.
  • Utilize various training methods and technologies, such as e-learning, simulations, role-playing, and case studies.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they understand the company's sales processes and goals.
  1. Performance Evaluation:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and track the progress of participants, providing additional support or follow-up as needed.
  • Adjust training methods and materials based on evaluation results and changing business needs.
  1. Coaching and Support:
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members to reinforce training concepts and address specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify individual and team development needs.
  • Offer guidance and support on best practices, sales techniques, and performance improvement strategies.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with sales leadership and other departments to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to keep training programs relevant and effective.
  • Communicate training updates, schedules, and materials effectively to all stakeholders.
  1. Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on training effectiveness, participant feedback, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Certification in Training and Development is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, or similar role with a strong track record in sales training and development.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in training tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training programs accordingly.


Working Conditions and benefits:

  • Monday - Saturday, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
  • Work from office
  • Fixed weekly off
