Before applying to this job we are looking for Indian Based Indian citizen ship holder or else OCI Holder ( Having Adhaar and Pan is mandatory at the time of joining)


Responsibilities:

• Provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks.

Qualifications:.

• Strong communication skills in Srilankan Language Speaker( Should be a - Fluency in Srilankan Language Expert is mandatory) , with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.


• Experience in Voice clients support roles preferred..

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
