Qualifications:.
- Strong communication skills in Sri Lanka Language Speaker( Should be a - Fluency in Sri Lanka Language Expert is mandatory) , with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in Voice clients support roles preferred..
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
