Qualifications:.

• Strong communication skills in Srilankan Language Speaker( Should be a - Fluency in Srilankan Language Expert is mandatory) , with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Experience in Voice clients support roles preferred..

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
