Job Overview

We are seeking a Bengali Speaker for a full-time junior position at our Gurgaon branch.

Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in Bengali is a must for effective communication with clients and candidates.

Minimum of 1 year to more of work experience in a relevant field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience in a BPO or KPO environment is highly desirable.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in common software tools and technology platforms used in the recruitment industry.

Attention to detail and a strong organizational ability.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.

Conduct interviews and communicate effectively with both clients and candidates.

Maintain an updated database of candidates and job requirements.

Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the status of their job openings.

Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

Foster a positive relationship with clients to enhance business opportunities.
