The job role would involve but not limited to:
- Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Adhere to process norms and structure.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work with great attention to detail.
- Work in a rapidly changing environment.
Required Qualification:
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be flexible for US(Night) shifts.
- Should be interested to work from office.
- Looking for Graduates passed from 2020 to 2023.
- Must have provisional degree certificate for BGV proceedings.
