Full job description
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri etc.)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals
Screening and shortlisting the prospective candidate
Freshers can also apply.
Hiring for both Voice & Non Voice Profiles
Required Profile
>Candidate should be a Graduate or under grad in 2nd year +
> Candidate Should Be Inclined To Work In Recruitments
> Candidate Should Be Willing To Work 10 to 7
> Candidate Should Be Willing To Do Mass Recruitmets
> Candidate Should Have Descent Communication Skils
> Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel and Word)
