Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in BPO industry
• Experience in UK process and shift operations
• Skills in Calling Support, Voice Support, Voice Process
• Knowledge of Mumbai jobs market and BPO calling processes
• Fluent in verbal English for customer service tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee UK BPO process operations efficiently
• Ensure smooth functioning of voice-based customer support
• Handle international BPO calling processes effectively
• Provide excellent customer service through verbal English skills
• Execute shift duties with precision and adherence to standards
