• International BPO /Call Center Executive will be providing exceptional customer support experience to the customers over the phone.

• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus

• Customer Care Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.

• Customer focused approach.

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.

• Customer Care Executive must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

QUALIFICATION: GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE) AND 12TH PASS
