Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure quality
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training plans and materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure that they meet the needs of our team members and the organization.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in our quality control and training programs.
  • Manage and track training activities, ensuring that all team members receive the necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and resources necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry associations to keep up to date with best practices and trends in quality control and training.


Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Control, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 -10 + years of experience in quality control and/or training as a Senior Manager.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures.

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training and development programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, training software, and other tools and technologies related to quality control and training.
