BPO EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY TO HAVE.
Sourced resumes from online databases such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Glass-door etc(Managing end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to feedback to candidates. Managed hiring through different sources and hiring portals .....( Naukri , Indeed, Monster and referrals) Building strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations. Screening and tracking potential candidates using database tools. Preparing candidates for the hiring process with accurate records and training sessions. Scheduling and conducting interviews and following up with candidates and clients.
Searched for qualified job candidates using media advertisements or employee referrals. Partner with clients to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
