The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with real estate consultants, commercial leasing brokers, and potential clients to discuss the availability and inventory of office spaces. The role involves showing office spaces to clients, understanding their requirements, getting office layouts designed, and coordinating with clients and consultants to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with real estate consultants and commercial leasing brokers to discuss office space availability and inventory.
• Understand client requirements and preferences to suggest suitable office spaces.
• Show potential clients around available office spaces and provide detailed information about each property.
• Coordinate with interior designers to create office layouts based on client discussions.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve successful lease agreements.
Skills Required :
• Proven experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or a related field.
