Job Description: -
- Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote real estate sales.
- Participate in sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head
- Prospect sale enquiries of new and existing customers
- Arrange/fix meetings of prospective customers with Sales Manager/Sales Head
- Organise site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales.
- Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines
- Meet monthly/annual sales targets
- Prepare monthly MIS/sales reports.
- Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.
Desired Profile:
Should have good knowledge in Real Estate sales & marketing of AT ATLEST ONE YEAR
- Should have excellent communication skills with knowledge of Telugu, Hindi & English languages
- Should have excellent sales/negotiation skills
- Should be self-motivated and go getter
- Should have strong commitment and desire to grow in career
- Should be able to perform under pressure with strong will
- Should be innovative and proactive and operate efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Should have good presentation and demonstration skills.
- Should be a good team player and work with synergy.
