Job Title: Project Coordinator
Qualifications & KPAs:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Min 04 years of experience of Design and Execution Coordination in [high-rise type of projects, e.g., commercial, residential].
• Proficient in [software/tools relevant to Construction industry, e.g., AutoCAD, MSP, Revit].
• Well versed in understanding and reading of Construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP & Landscape)
• Ability to assess discrepancies in design & drawings and raise NCRs
• Excellent communication and draft writing skills to address coordination lapses.
• Adaptive to project coordination system and handle CPM and deliverables with timelines.
• Knowledge of latest construction practices and materials
• Ability to extract Quantities, raise RA Bills and evaluate quotes and tenders.
• Actively Coordinate with other professionals, such as project consultants and engineers, to ensure project success.
