Responsible for completing financial tasks associated with residential projects.

We’re looking for a residential project Accountant to join our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, and will be responsible for managing our residential project finances.   • Review and process accounting documents
  • Perform a variety of accounting tasks
  • Work closely with other accounting professionals
  • Present and explain financial information to management
  • Track budget variances, and monitor expenses
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare financial reports and special projects as needed
  • Assist in analysis and preparation of annual budgets
  • Conduct accounting audits or reviews to determine accuracy and validity of financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and shareholders
  • Manage cash flow, and consolidate revenue, asset, and liability reports for projects
  • Prepare tax reports for federal and state entities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
