Position - Centre Manager - Insurance
Job Description:
- To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with Branch Manager.
- Training of the advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.
- Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
- It's a B2B sales.
Designation : Assistant Manager.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate or above with minimum 3 years experience in Insurance sales in an insurance company.
Job Location : Kolkata
Remuneration: CTC 4.68 to 5.23 LPA + Official Sim card + Travelling Allowance as per actual.(depend on the experience) + Performance Annual Incentive + Official Laptop
