· Responsible to handle large sales team

· Responsible to overseas the performance of team and guide & direct them towards achievement.
· Responsible to analysis the market trend.
· Responsible for team training from time to time and oversee sales improvements.
· Responsible to establish Customer Relationship.
· Proven ability to drive the sales force affectively.
· Dynamic leadership skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience: Must have 7 – 12 Years experience in sales in Real Estate / Infrastructure Industry.
· Strong networker & relationship builder
· Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
· Should have fluency in English and local language.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Sales and Marketing)
