• Role: Accountant Manager
Location: Gurgaon
• Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Handle TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) return filing and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
• Manage GST (Goods and Services Tax) return filing and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• Monitor and record daily expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Handle vendor payouts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports to management, providing insights and analysis on financial performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Accountant Manager or a similar accounting role, showcasing your ability to manage financial tasks effectively.
• Sound knowledge of TDS and GST return filing procedures, with a track record of compliance.
• Proficiency in handling day-to-day accounting operations, including expense tracking and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliations and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to deliver accurate and insightful financial reports.
2-3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably within the fintech, IT, and Ecommerce industry.
