Research Analyst lead generation (CDQA)

Required Skills: - Good knowledge of primary research.

Hands-on experience in using online research tools (LinkedIn) to retrieve contact information of prospects.

Good hands-on using MS excel and internet browsing skills.

Researching prospect client details over the web and confirm full contact details.

Qualifying the contacts/prospects by calling the operator that are relevant to the specification.

Verify that all the data collected is correctly entered and in the correct field.

Ability to meet set targets on a daily and weekly basis.

·Fresher or 6 months experience.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong listening skills.

· Strong sales and cold calling skills.

· Strong presentation skills.

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent customer service skills.

Time: 06:00p.m to 3:00a.m Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Saturday Sunday weekly off.
