- Strong sourcing skills (Mandatory skill) to efficiently identify and attract high-potential candidates in a competitive market.

- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment processes and strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers, applying market insights to drive decisions.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with company culture.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyzing data to refine processes and enhance resource allocation and decision-making.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques, continuously improving personal and team competency.
